Return air plenum for filter 25x16x1 and round 14 collar, hvac duct

This is a 25"x16"x5 Sheet Metal return air filter rack plenum. Made in America from American made 24 Gauge Steel Galvanized Sheet Metal. There is a 3/4" hem flange on one 25"x16" end (Actual overall dimensions flange side for this rack 26-3/4 x 17-3/4), and the other side is fitted with an end cap with a 14" collar.

From top to bottom it is 5-1/8 long. There is a sliding door on the 16 side for filter access. The door can slide from ether side allowing for easy access. Filter for this plenum is 25 x 16 x 1.

Although it normally takes a little more time and effort on our part, our products are typically rivited together. Riveting, versus spot welding, provides a more durable bond resulting in a longer lasting rigid part that will serve you for decades. We are a complete sheet metal shop.
